Founded by HBCU graduates Mignon Hemsley and Danuelle Doswell, Grounded began as an online platform in 2020, aiming to reconnect individuals with nature to promote mental clarity and emotional well-being. The plant shop features a curated selection of houseplants, with Plant Specialists available to assist customers in enhancing their living and workspaces. The café offers a fully vegan menu, including artisanal coffees sourced from Manos de Mujer, a woman-owned farm in Guatemala, and roasted by Others Coffee.
